Pharmacy Monitor 2021 on behalf of PharmaSuisse

24.06.2021 | gfs.bern on behalf of PharmaSuisse

Since 2014, gfs.bern has been studying the following issues on behalf of pharmaSuisse: perception of the role of pharmacies; interests in pharmacy offers and services; and analysis of issues associated with pharmacies. For the representative study, 1,001 residents aged 18 or over were surveyed.

On behalf of pharmaSuisse, gfs.bern conducted a survey of the Swiss population for the eighth time at the beginning of 2021. The Pharmacy Monitor was conducted for the first time in 2014 in a comparable form and repeated annually thereafter. The current survey focuses on the following topics: perception of the role of and trust in pharmacies, investigation of the perception of and interest in the offers and services of pharmacies, and analysis of the issues associated with pharmacies. For the representative study, 1,001 inhabitants of German-, French- and Italian-speaking Switzerland from the age of 18 were interviewed.

You can view the results of this year’s Pharmacy Monitor in the Cockpit (in French and German).
