Final report on the dialogue process for the Synod 2023 Diocese of St. Gallen
On behalf of the dioceses of Basel, Chur and St. Gallen, gfs.bern is providing support for the synodal process that the Catholic Church launched on 17 October 2021 at the request of Pope Francis.
Around 1000 people in the diocese of St. Gallen took part in this process. The answers show a strong foundation based on core Christian values and shared rituals, as well as areas of tension, such as the role of women or non-traditional lifestyles.
